Gift Appeal
Seren’s Wish Charity runs its Gift Appeal to ensure that children and families who might otherwise go without receive thoughtful, meaningful presents at times when they need them most.
What began as a simple Christmas toy appeal has grown into a year‑round effort, delivering sacks of gifts, hampers, and essentials to households facing poverty or hardship.
The appeal focuses on making sure every child has something to open on special occasions like Christmas, while also extending kindness through seasonal treats, hygiene packs, and wellbeing bundles.
By rallying community donations and volunteer support, Seren’s Wish transforms generosity into moments of joy, dignity, and hope for families across Tewkesbury, Bishop’s Cleeve, and beyond.
(HAF) Holiday Clubs
Seren’s Wish Holiday Clubs offer children aged eight and above—including those with additional needs—a safe, fun, and volunteer-led environment during school breaks in Bishop’s Cleeve and Tewkesbury. By combining creative arts, sports challenges, group games, and themed workshops, the clubs help reduce social isolation, build confidence and friendships, and ease childcare pressures for families facing financial hardship.
Everyday Essentials
Seren’s Wish Everyday Essentials ensures families in Bishop’s Cleeve, Tewkesbury and beyond have reliable access to food, hygiene products and household basics all year round. Through the delivery of bespoke sacks, hampers and hygiene packs—over 750 distributed to date—the charity alleviates material hardship and helps keep homes warm, fed and supported when it matters most.
